Terms of Service

These are atlastseason’s Terms of Service that would apply to digital sale purchases or services from atlastseason.

“I”, “my”, and “me” refers to atlastseason. “atlastseason” refers to the creator of all atlastseason’s accounts, on atlastseason.art and other social media sites associated with atlastseason’s identity. By buying atlastseason’s products or services, you agree to these Terms, Art Commission Guidelines, and Privacy Policy.

“You”, ”your” refers to the users, clients that would receive atlastseason’s products or services.

I might update my terms at any time. I will do my best to let you know before the changes comes to effect.

Any violations of these terms would result in cancellation of projects, at any time, without any refunds.

Kickstarts

You can reach out and discuss with me before making any purchases by e-mail, direct messages, or any communication ways that I am on. I would do my best to provide you with all the necessary information.

Any discussions or agreements from you before making the payment would not be used for the final product. Only the agreements after the payment will be valid.

I would issue a quotation for you, by an email, to review about the products or services before moving to production.

Payments

After agreeing to commission, you have 7 days before the current invoice is invalid, so make sure you pay the invoice in time, any amount from half to full price to secure your queues.

Price is subject to change. Price depends on each project and should not be comparable to one another.

The amount of the price can be changes before or after agreed upon. I would let you know about it and why the amount has changed.

Please keep your receipts, e-mail for proofs until you have receive your final product.

I do not do full refunds. If there would be an event that results in refund, the amount of the refund should be discussed, not longer than 14 days after completing the original purchase.

Works

You are solely in charge of making sure everything goes according to our plans.

Once the first round of payment is complete, we’ll chat about the details of the project, the timelines of the project and the end goal of what the final product would be.

Any updates on the statuses of the project would be report to you estimated from 1-5 days of work days. You can check up on me at any moment, I would do my best to respond.

At any stages, if any, you have to approve, in writings, before we can proceed to the next stage.

Any iterations that deviate from prior agreements might result in extra cost. The amount would be discuss with you and paid the newly agreed amount before we can resume the work.

You are agree to keep our product or service a secret and not share to the public, with any materials, work-in-progress, images, videos, screenshots, that might occur when I am working and updating to you, until the final product or service is delivered.

I would do my best to serve and inform you with my artist’s ethics, intentions and code of work.

Receives

Before receiving your final product or service, you must pay the rest of your existing payment.

You would get a final product or service, as agreed upon, as a file that align with any media viewing format such as JPG, PNG, WebP, Mp4, Mov or any those associated; not an editable format such as PSD, KRA or any those associated.

The final products will have two versions: one without watermarks, and another with watermarks.
