Art Commission Guidelines

Art Commission is a service for any person to hire me to create a piece of artwork, as a drawing, sketching, painting, in a digital container format which can be send and share online, such as, Jpg, with theme and subject of your needs.

These Guidelines act as the guardrails for sorts of subjects that can be proposed and use in the project.

Theme and Subject

These are the lists of things that I would not be able to express in my own works, please make sure that any Theme and Subject that you use does not have any of the following;

• Illegal Substances and Drugs;
• Hate Speech;
• Misinformation;
• Illegal to local and international laws;
• Bullying, Threats and inciting violence;
• Political Matters;
• Sexual or Pornographic Activity;
• Criminal Activity;
• Harmful Activities such as Suicide, Self-harm, and Self-injury;
• Violent and Graphic Works;
• Human and Animal abuse;

Intellectual Property

Intellectual property (IP) refers to creations of the mind, such as inventions; literary and artistic works; designs; and symbols, names and images used in commerce.[1]wipo

Make sure that your proposal does not contain any infringement of any Copyright Materials. Please refers to Copyright Laws of Thailand and US as a baseline.

These topics are to clarify on what should and should not be express in my works.

Copyright

For clarity, I’m using the Works Made for Hire Terms from US copyright site as a guideline for using any copyright issues that might occur.

Here are lists of things that you need to keep in mind:

• Any works that you have commissioned me to be made, you would be the author and the copyright owner of the work.
• You are solely responsible for any copyright infringement, legal issues involving the commission.

Original Character

Original Character refers to any character created by an individual, third-party, by themselves, or commissioned to get one.

Fan Art

Fan Art refers to a piece that contains subjects that associate with an existing IPs from any franchises or real life public figures.

Any materials that you use as a subject of the project should not be use to violate, misleading or assuming ownership of any pre-existing work, copyright works or real life public figures.
